I bought the castor oil with the belt. My main reason for buying it is because I have fatty liver disease. After doing a bit of research I found castor oil can help. The oil itself is of very high quality and the belt is excellent with lots of different sizing holes on the elastic strap. I'm a dize 18 and it goes around me with a wee bit of room to spare.
