DISPATCH AND DELIVERY: NI/UK Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

All orders of Irish Sea Moss Gel are sent frozen to ensure they stay fresh during transit. Please allow processing time from your order so we can freshly prepare your Irish Sea Moss Gel. 

Orders placed during Friday-Sunday will be dispatched on Monday onwards to ensure 24 hour postage times are met. 

Products that have not been stored correctly will not be refunded or exchanged.
