STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep refrigerated at all times at a temperature of 2-3 degrees Celsius to ensure the product's freshness and shelf life. Each jar will have a use-by date. If bulk buying multiple jars, freeze your spare jars until needed.
Product is highly prone to contamination, which will cause the product to degrade quicker. Always use a clean spoon for every spoonful consumed.

I have been taking the Irish Sea Moss daily since early November, and in that time (4 months of bleakest winter, with 1 child in nursery and another at primary school), I have only had 1 mild cold. Compare that to the 3 or 4 my husband has dealt with, and I have to think this is a big win! I find I don't need my habitual morning coffee (decaf does me just the same), and I have more energy in general terms. I am so impressed that I have introduced other family members to the sea moss, and they are also seeing the benefits!
